The Mitchell family has been serving up their incredible ice cream for over 50 years in the Noe Valley district of San Francisco. They have all of your traditional flavors and seasonal specialties (peppermint candy for xmas) but the most popular are the tropical Filipino flavors. Our favorite is macapuno (sweet coconut), other popular flavors are ube (purple yam), guava, and langka (jackfruit). Make sure you’re not in a rush when you visit as there is usually a line (you have to take a number for service) but don’t worry it’s worth the wait. After all it is “super premium gourmet” ice cream.

Last night, the ladies of Hellz Bellz held an event at Home Studios in New York City alongside Vans to celebrate the launch of the Hellz Bellz x Vans collection. The collection consists of two sneakers, the Hadley and the Sophie, both which flawlessly combine Hellz designer Lanie’s personal style: tomboy chic and edgy feminine. The shoes were prominently displayed at the event, which also featured a performance by Glass Candy and music by DJ Elle as well as DJ Roxy Cottontail. Apple finally released news about its new revolutionary gadget the iPad today. The iPad is an all-in-one multimedia device for everyday entertainment, and other necessities. One of the iPad’s key feature the “Multi-Touch” app, lets users physically interact with applications and content.

The reliable Multi-touch feature, accurately responses to one’s touches precisely, that feels as if one is virtually commanding the device. The almost life-sized on screen keyboard in the iPad makes “finger typing” much easier and comfortable. However, the iPad can also be connected to the new iPad Keyboard dock for the full-size keyboard experience.

Even though the iPad is larger in size than the Apple’s iPhone and iTouch, it is only 0.5 inches thick and weighs just 1.5 pounds. Smaller and lighter than any other laptop or net-book, the iPad proves to be more convenient for everyday traveling. The iPad comes exclusively with 12 new custom apps for the iPad, plus Apple’s thousands of applications available via the iStore. The iPad’s high-resolution 9.7inch LED-backlit display screen features IPS technology to deliver intense quality images and eye-catching graphics. Portable to carry anywhere, the iPad can also sync to any Mac or PC using iTunes, anywhere. Uploading and sharing your personal media files, just got easier.

The iPad will be released this March at the following prices: $499 for the 16GB model, and $599 for the 32GB model. The Wi-Fi + 3G models of iPad will be available in April in the US and selected countries for a suggested retail price of $629 for the 16GB model, $729 for the 32GB model and $829 for the 64GB model.

Joanna Krupa, ex-contestant in Dancing with the Stars, has been making waves recently with her sexy PETA ad while also gracing Maxim’s 100 Hottest Women of ‘09. Dropping one for the ladies, MOB has teamed up with Lacoste for the release of the Hiromi laced-out sneaker. The sneaker comes in two colorways lilac, and copper, covered with lace detailing. The red-soled sneaker was the highlight of the “tea” party at The Pierre Hotel in Paris, France. Accompanied by Futura, MOB boss lady Leah was decked out in all lace jump suit, making a perfect balance between all things girly and street.
