A collaboration between Altamont and Underworld Monteral brings the long awaited and much anticipated reopening of Underworld Live Venue with custom graphics. It will feature the iconic imagery of Altamont contributor and legendary photographer Bill Owens’ actual photos from the ill-fated festival at Altamont Speedway in 1969.

Before getting closed down by the fire department in the mid to late 90’s some of the best hardcore and punk bands in the world such as, Strung out and Anti Flag, played the original UW Live Venue. Now UW Live Venue is back again with a brand new location in downtown Montreal, right above Underworld’s new Montreal store at 251 St- Catherine East.

The new venue is still all ages and is hosting all the best touring bands in the world. When in Montreal be sure to catch a show.
