The new BMW 5 Series Sedan is the combination of bespoke elegance and sporting aesthetics. The 5 Series  will enter the market with one eight-cylinder and three six-cylinder engines as well as two six-cylinder diesels. The top model is the BMW 550i powered by a V8 with BMW TwinPower Turbo featuring High Precision Injection.

The Lexus LFA Super Car is nothing less than spectacular. It’s equipped with a 4.8ltr V-10 engine, it goes 0-60 in 3.6 sec and has a top speed of 202MPH, nuff said. The LFA features a carbon fiber body for lightweight construction and makes it easily replaceable if damage occurs. Each car is built by hand and the interior is customizable per purchasers requests for materials to colors. The sticker price starts at 375K and only 500 will be offered during the 2 years it will be available, good luck getting one.

Mercedes-Benz USA announced today the limited-edition 2011 SL550 Night Edition. Based on the iconic SL-Class coupe/roadster, the highlight of the SL550 Night Edition is its matte-finish designo magno night black paint and Black premium leather interior. The interior features a striking contrast of dark Black premium leather and bright chrome trim, with numerous fine details. The newly-designed seats have arrow-shaped seams and silver-colored contrasting features, while the sports steering wheel, shift lever and roof lining are trimmed in black. The trim strip of the wind-deflector has a high-gloss finish complimented by the silver-colored vents of the AIRSCARF® system, which bathes the driver in warm air when the convertible top is down during cooler weather. Limited to just 100 units, this exclusive model will be available in U.S. showrooms in early 2010.

Cadillac just announced the 2011 CTS-V Coupe, which which will make it’s debut at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. It combines the new CTS Coupe’s design with the 556-horsepower (415-kW) supercharged V-8 engine from the CTS-V sedan. The result is a luxury sports coupe aimed at driving enthusiasts.

The coupe rolls on 19-inch cast aluminum wheels, available in either painted or polished finishes, and Michelin Pilot Sport 2 performance tires.

Inside, the 2+2 cabin combines performance and luxury, plus, the optional Recaro performance racing seats provide excellent support and comfort.

Just like every CTS, the V-Series includes a hand-stitched instrument panel, door trim and center console. Leading-edge infotainment features extend to the V-Series. They include a 40-gigabyte hard drive, advanced navigation system with a deployable screen and Bose digital surround audio, as well as factory-installed Bluetooth phone integration, all standard features on the V-Series.

On top of all that the CTS-V Coupe does 0-60 in a mere 3.9 sec. The car will be available this Summer.

The Porsche 911 GT3 R will make its world debut on January 14, 2010 at the Birmingham Motor Show. The car is built by Porsche’s Motorsport Department at the Weissach Development Centre. The base price of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS is 279,000 Euros (yes Euros, not US dollars)

Even though this vehicle will not hit the U.S. pavement (disclaimer: The new Porsche 911 GT3 R does not meet the current specification requirements and will not be imported to North America) we still felt it was worth of showing, what do you think?

As you probably guessed by now the GT3 R is a straight race car, lucky for you there’s a street legal 911 GT3 RS.

Fun tech talk: An anti-lock brake system (ABS), traction control and an e-gas with “throttle-blip” function make it much easier to get used to this new GT3 racing car than its predecessor, meaning that the new model is also more appropriate for the ambitious amateur racing driver.
