A new installation off the upcoming, highly anticipated “Selektions” Mixtape from Frank The Butcher & Statik Selektah features Roland Coit on a track called “I’ve Arrived”. Roland Coit or “Ro Spit” as he’s known in the hip-hop community and also as half of the ownership team of Burn Rubber Detroit is not a rookie to the music game but has been making moves lately to show the world that sneakers is not all he can do. For the second year, our good friends in Beantown present the Sorel for Concepts Winter Men’s & Women’s Boot Collaboration. Yes ladies, Frank “The Butcher” and the Concepts team have you covered too! Concepts has redesigned the streetwear boat shoe, Sperry to fit to their own “concept”. Adding rustic detailing to the Sperry Bahama Chukka sillhoute, the collab is versatile for the sporatic precipation of autumn. Inspired by vintage naval outerwear the Concepts x Sperry chukka features tan nubuck leather, navy blue duck canvas and a structured wool ribbing around the ankle. The boot will be out this Ocober 15th.

If you are going to be around Cambridge this week, I suggest you run by Concepts and pick up the re-released Nike Air Force One AFX. Done as a collaboration with Stash, the kicks feature a camo and brown construction, with a shiny metal buckle for the strap, instead of the traditional plastic or velcro construction. The weather is getting colder, I’m not much of a boots in Summer guy, so I was finally able to break out the Concepts + Red Wing 875s. Yeah, they came out a while ago but these joints are so fire i had to do a closer look. Shouts to Frank The Butcher and the CNCPTS crew.
