Nike Sportswear released it’s first video in a series that will document the Sweedish-born NBA athlete, who plays for the Detroit Pistons, Jonas Jerebko. To stick with the Swede theme, Swedish MC Adam Tensta was chosen to facilitate these videos. Tensta and Nike first visit Jerebko’s hometown in Sweeden to retrieve insight from his family who details the effect that he’s had on the country since becoming it’s first ever NBA athlete.

Today, 2K Sports announced the impending upgrade of their wildly successful NBA 2K11 title which will include 3D compatibility. The upgraded version will be offered exclusively at Best Buy locations nationwide November 16th and then as a free upgrade to existing owners of the game in January via the Playstation Network. According to 2K Sports, the 3D version will play normally on a standard television and you will need a 3D HD TV + special 3D glasses to enjoy the game in three dimensions.
*Interesting concept for sure, how many of you will use this as an excuse to buy a 3D TV?
