True and Benny Gold have teamed up in honor of the opening of the Benny Gold store in San Francisco, Bay Area. The shirt is dropping this weekend the 17th as the second volume of the Native Leagues project. Paying homage to the orange and black team that Willie, Barry, Tim & Bengie built, from the Bay sports the shirt portrays a cool sport-esque style for the Cali cats. The shirt will be an exclusive release at True SF, True East, the grand opening of the Benny Gold Store at 3171 21st St in San Francisco and online at TrueClothing.

San Francisco based True unveils the Native Leagues Project: a tribute to the rich legacy of the Bay Area’s sports teams. Hirokazu Sato, head taste maker at True conceptualized a project that features some of streetwear’s finest to celebrate the regions greatest teams. The Native Leagues Project will release one design per month, each month featuring a different company putting their twist on the concept. First up, The Hundreds tribute to the Silver and Black. The Silver color of the tee will be exclusively available from True, True East & online at trueclothing.net on Friday, January 15th. The black color of the tee will be exclusively available from The Hundreds next month.

Get ready for the True anniversary collection “Far From the Finest” that releases this weekend. This will mark their 13th year, and for this occasion, they are coming out with a summer collection of tees and lightweight outerwear. It is especially designed for San Francisco weather- foggy, cold or sunny and still cold. The items that will be released include tees, fleece, a jacket, a cap and shoes. In celebration of the 13th anniversary of San Francisco street wear True, Nike has decided to re-issue the lazer camo Humara edition. Nike’s Humara was designed by the True squad and had been released in 2006. To switch it up, this release of Humara comes with a matching new era & tee.
