The second drop of the Undefeated Collection with PUMA, the Cali Canvas Clyde, hits stores on June 10th (check the second paragraph for the twist). The release is inspired by the warm weather and laid back attitudes of the West Coast, paying tribute to the California lifestyle.
Here’s where how you can get down: In homage to the Clyde’s namesake, legendary baller Walt “Clyde” Frazier, PUMA is hosting 24 Hours of Clyde to mark the June 10th launch: 12 two-hour parties staggered throughout the day at retailers across the country. In addition to checking out the new Clydes, at each event, guests will have the chance to enter to win PUMA’s “Clyde for a Day” prize pack. The winner in each city will experience a day, Clyde-style, complete with elements like a chauffeur, custom fitted suit, fine dining, and VIP access at a local nightspot.
For those of you embarking upon Las Vegas for the Magic trade show, check out this collaborative party by Puma and UNDFTD on February 14th with N.E.R.D. & DJ Jus Ske. RSVP to: RSVP@PUMA.COM

Making this their first official collab they have distinctively chosen from the most durable army textiles, each shoe is a unique piece expressing a subtle and casual look for the streets. The adidas Consortium + UNDFTD Rod Laver OG is dropping tomorrow, January 16th. We just got them in so we wanted to give your a closer look. Hit UNDFTD for more info.
Info from adidas:
Following on from the success of the implementation in FW09 the Rod Laver OG is back due to popular acclaim and looks like becoming a staple item in the Consortium range moving forward.
Kicking things off amongst the US Consortium partners in January is LA’s UNDFTD with another understated take on the re-interpreted classic.
The rich, deep blue suede upper contrasts perfectly with the soft, caramel Italian leather lining - a touch that carries through to heel tab, trim and embossed Consortium logo on the sockliner.
Finished with the UNDFTD five bar logo and the Trefoil both embossed on the tongue, the shoe is a clean cut winner that is bound to be in high demand.
Eddie Cruz and UNDFTD have held a strong position in street culture on the West Coast. They got together with Nike to rework the iconic Air Force 1 for a special cause. This new shoe follows the ‘Artist Series’ collection that was auctioned for charity in July, and uses the LIVESTRONG foundation as a basis for its’ design.
There is a comparable feel to the Nike x UNDFTD Air Force 1, released in 2006. Incorporating the pallet of colors of black and yellow which are so well associated with the LIVESTRONG and the fight against cancer. More notable facet’s of design which can refer to the release of 2006 are the ‘Shemagh’ textile used on the front half of the sneaker as well as the ‘ONYABIKEKID’ slogan, which replaces the ‘ONYAFEETKID’, a theme that strongly refers to the origin of UNDFTD. The shoe combines the numerous references to create a unique background to its design.
The sentiment and meaning of this shoe runs deeper for Eddie Cruz, who recently suffered a serious personal illness. Creating this shoe with the intention of raising awareness for a good cause, you could say was extra motivation and the outcome goes beyond the world of sneakers and sport. “I support LIVESTRONG and Lance Armstrong. He was one of the first people to send me a message of support when I got my brain tumor. Lance told me to stay strong,” said Eddie.
The LIVESTRONG UNDFTD Air Force 1 will be available at select Nike Sportswear retailers on Dec. 4th, 2009. For more information regarding Nike Sportswear, please visit www.nikesportswear.com.
